Job Description

Regional Marketing Program Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Regional Marketing Program Manager in Ireland.

This is a dynamic opportunity for a marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of events, content, and partner engagement within a B2B SaaS environment. The role focuses on driving regional marketing programs across Western Europe, with a strong emphasis on events, webinars, and field marketing initiatives that generate pipeline and strengthen brand presence. You will play a central role in coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, including sales teams, external partners, and prospective customers, ensuring a seamless and impactful event experience. Beyond execution, you will shape messaging and storytelling through compelling copywriting and targeted campaign content. The position offers a high level of ownership in a remote-first environment, where autonomy, creativity, and attention to detail are essential. It is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple programs simultaneously while directly contributing to business growth in a fast-paced, international setting.

Accountabilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a comprehensive regional event and webinar calendar across Western Europe, including in-person events, partner roadshows, and virtual sessions.
  • Manage end-to-end event execution, including logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, platform setup, and performance tracking.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and task lists to ensure seamless delivery of all marketing programs and events.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for regional partners, supporting co-marketing initiatives and joint event execution.
  • Coordinate closely with sales teams to ensure proper tracking, scoring, and follow-up of event-generated leads and attendees.
  • Create compelling copy for landing pages, email campaigns, social media posts, and webinar promotional materials.
  • Adapt global messaging to local Western European audiences within the B2B SaaS and location intelligence space.
  • Lead regional email marketing initiatives, including campaign setup, A/B testing, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate event performance and improve future campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality communication with customers, prospects, and VIP attendees before, during, and after events.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on event marketing, field marketing, or program management.
  • Experience within B2B SaaS, GIS, mapping technology, or location intelligence environments is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing both virtual webinars and in-person events, including trade shows or customer conferences.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into engaging marketing messaging.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools, marketing automation platforms, and campaign performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs, reporting results, and using data to improve marketing outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities with a strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid, cross-border environment across Western Europe.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in coordinating external partners and internal teams.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in German or French is a strong advantage.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote role with flexibility across Western European time zones.
  • Opportunity to lead high-impact regional marketing programs in a fast-growing B2B tech environment.
  • Exposure to international cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and partner organizations.
  • Ownership of end-to-end event and campaign execution with measurable business impact.
  • Career development opportunities in a specialized SaaS and location intelligence industry.
  • Dynamic and collaborative work culture that values initiative, creativity, and autonomy.
  • Opportunity to work on both strategic planning and hands-on execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and market standards.
  • Access to modern marketing tools, automation platforms, and data-driven campaign environments.
