This role is focused on building and scaling a high-impact organic social media presence for a fast-growing consumer wellness brand. You will own the end-to-end social strategy and execution across multiple platforms, transforming content into a powerful engine for engagement, education, and community growth. The position requires a strong mix of creativity, performance mindset, and audience understanding to craft content that resonates and converts. You will collaborate closely with creative teams, founders, influencers, and brand representatives to shape a cohesive and authentic brand voice. A key part of the role involves fostering an active and loyal community across social channels, especially within wellness-focused audiences. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments and understands how to turn organic social into measurable business impact.
- Own and execute the organic social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and community channels such as Facebook Groups.
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Publish and optimize content scheduling, ensuring consistency, timing, and performance across all social platforms.
- Build and nurture an engaged online community by actively responding to comments, messages, and customer interactions in a consistent brand voice.
- Collaborate with founders, creative teams, influencers, and UGC creators to produce and distribute compelling social content.
- Repurpose high-performing paid content into organic formats to maximize reach and engagement.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as engagement, follower growth, retention, and content virality.
- Identify emerging trends, platform shifts, and viral opportunities to continuously optimize content performance.
- Support live events, brand activations, and content capture opportunities when needed.
- Translate customer stories and brand moments into engaging, high-performing social content.
- 3+ years of experience managing social media for DTC, eCommerce, or consumer-facing brands.
- Strong background in women’s wellness, health, beauty, supplements, or lifestyle industries is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of organic content performance across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta platforms.
- Proven ability to create engaging content based on audience psychology and platform behavior.
- Experience managing online communities and driving engagement is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led, and highly iterative environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with creative, marketing, and influencer teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media KPIs and optimize accordingly.
