- Lead and manage regional sales teams, sales applications staff, channel partners, and operational support teams across EMEA and LATAM.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with global business objectives to maximize revenue growth and win rates across multiple product lines.
- Drive quarterly and annual sales performance through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM oversight.
- Collaborate closely with business units and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities, strategic vertical markets, and lead generation initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize sales performance through KPI tracking, coaching, mentoring, and performance management activities.
- Strengthen relationships with key customers, industry stakeholders, and opinion leaders across scientific and industrial sectors.
- Provide executive leadership with regular reporting, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and business performance insights.
- Support organizational design improvements and sales process optimization to increase operational efficiency and commercial success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record in scientific instrumentation sales within academic and industrial markets.
- Minimum 7 years of sales management experience, ideally including international and channel partner management responsibilities.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, along with strong MS Office proficiency.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset, forecasting abilities, and strategic sales planning expertise.
- Experience in Atomic Force Microscopy, surface profiling, metrology, or materials testing instrumentation is highly valued.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 70% as required.
