Your work will directly support the delivery of modern digital banking experiences across web and mobile platforms used by millions of customers.
You will facilitate structured discovery and design sessions, ensuring alignment between stakeholders from business, architecture, security, and engineering teams.

You will also contribute to improving engineering practices and driving consistency across documentation, requirements, and delivery processes.

Accountabilities:
  • Analyze, refine, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, including user stories, use cases, sequence diagrams, and supporting documentation for development teams.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and design workshops with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment across business, architecture, security, and engineering teams.
  • Support joint application design sessions and contribute to solution sizing and estimation for medium and large-scale initiatives.
  • Maintain and organize documentation, backlog items, and project materials within centralized tools such as Confluence and SharePoint.
  • Define and manage product and release backlogs, ensuring clarity of priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Bridge communication between business and IT teams, ensuring both functional and non-functional requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented.
  • Contribute to process engineering efforts across infrastructure, DevOps, security, and cryptography-related domains.
  • Support continuous improvement of engineering and delivery practices by identifying gaps and proposing enhancements.
  • Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and adherence to governance, risk, and compliance standards within day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in an agile or lean IT environment.
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure consistency and accuracy across technical and business documentation.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex systems and work effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments.
  • Solid understanding of microservices and API-based architectures, including RESTful and SOAP web services.
  • Familiarity with OpenAPI standards, OAuth2.0, and integration concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, Postman, and integration or testing workflows.
  • Understanding of batch processing, secure file transfer mechanisms, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package including base salary, performance-based bonus, and long-term incentive programs.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision benefits starting from day one.
  • Pension and profit-sharing programs to support long-term financial well-being.
  • Flexible and inclusive work environment supporting hybrid and remote collaboration.
  • Access to extensive learning and development resources, including thousands of online and in-person courses.
  • Collaborative culture that encourages innovation, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
  • Employee wellbeing initiatives such as virtual events, wellness activities, and social engagement programs.
  • Opportunities to work on large-scale digital transformation initiatives in a high-impact environment.
