The position involves working across multiple stakeholders, including product, security, DevOps, and development, to ensure seamless alignment from concept to delivery. Operating in an agile environment, you will contribute to backlog management, process improvement, and solution design discussions. - Act as a bridge between business and technical teams by translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, design workshops, and joint application design sessions with architecture, development, and security stakeholders.
- Support end-to-end solution design by ensuring consistency, traceability, and integrity of requirements across the delivery lifecycle.
- Maintain and refine product and release backlogs, ensuring priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines are clearly defined.
- Contribute to enterprise-level process engineering efforts across infrastructure, DevOps, security, and integration domains.
- Document and maintain knowledge assets in centralized collaboration tools to support transparency and team alignment.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering practices, delivery efficiency, and solution quality.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role within agile or lean IT environments.
- Strong academic background in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven ability to analyze complex systems, simplify ambiguity, and produce clear, structured documentation.
- Experience working with APIs and integration standards such as REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, OpenAPI, and OAuth2.
- Familiarity with microservices or modular architecture in modern digital platforms.
- Hands-on experience with collaboration and delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, and MS Office.
- Understanding of integration patterns, secure file transfer, and batch processing concepts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
