Position Overview

• Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)
• Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible)
• Compensation: Starting at $90,000+ annually for an experienced clinician
• Locations: Split between Springdale, AR & Rogers, AR

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions
• Develop individualized, functional treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on, patient-centered care
• Collaborate with providers and teammates to optimize outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in Arkansas
• Strong orthopedic mindset with focus on function and outcomes
• Team player who values a positive clinic culture
• Someone who enjoys building relationships with patients and coworkers
