Kids SPOT is a pediatric occupational, physical, and speech therapy clinic in Springdale specializing in treating children with a variety of developmental, neurologic, and orthopedic diagnosis. We provide primarily in-clinic treatment, with occasional home health or daycare visits. We are expanding our practice and have opened a satellite clinic in Rogers to further support our patients and their families!

We are looking for full-time pediatric ST who are passionate about working with children in a collaborative environment. We offer administrative support with our incredible bilingual office staff, and clinical support with our amazing leadership team! We love education and prioritize professional development opportunities to help you grow in your profession. We consider ourselves a mentoring and teaching clinic: we are passionate about collaborating and sharing our experiences, and we provide opportunities to students and clinicians looking for observation hours and clinical rotations we're looking for professional therapists with a sharing and mentoring attitude!

Responsibilities:

• Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
• Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
• Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
• Consult and practice with other therapists in our multidisciplinary environment
• Document patient care services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year depending on years of experience

Requirements:

• A current Arkansas SLP license (ABESPA).
• Active ASHA affiliation.
• Bilingual English-Spanish is highly preferred.
• Experience with AAC is highly preferred.
• Active Arkansas Medicaid Provider number, or willingness to apply immediately
• Drive to continually learn and grow
