Fusion Therapy Center is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our collaborative and growing team. Full-time therapists typically earn between $75,000–$100,000+ annually, depending on schedule and caseload.

Requirements:Responsibilities:
- Evaluate clients to assess their eligibility for physical therapy services
- Develop and adapt individualized treatment plans tailored to the client’s unique needs and goals
- Implement interventions designed to maximize gross motor skills, functional mobility, and independence
- Teach clients new ways of approaching tasks, breaking activities into manageable components
- Recommend and train clients in the use of adaptive equipment as necessary
- Educate family members and caregivers on exercises, techniques, and care strategies
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with clinic policies and deadlines
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, their families, and other team members
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Physical Therapist (or completion of clinical experience)
- Strong critical thinking skills with a flexible, growth-oriented mindset
- In-depth knowledge of PT principles and practices
- Familiarity with physical therapy assessments and Medicaid guidelines
- Ability to work with diverse patient personalities and care needs
- Continuous drive to learn and stay current with new treatment practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid PT license - or anticipated licensure date
- Graduate degree or higher in occupational therapy
- Bi-lingual preferred but not required
