Kids SPOT is a pediatric occupational, physical, and speech therapy clinic in Springdale specializing in treating children with a variety of developmental, orthopedic, and neurologic diagnoses. We provide primarily outpatient pediatric treatment, with occasional home health or daycare visits. Now also offering in-house DME products, Play Therapy and Mental Health for children, teens, and families!

We are looking for a full-time Pediatric ST Lead who is passionate about working with children in a collaborative environment. Speech Therapist Lead Responsibilities:

• Provide quality, personalized, evidence-based care and interventions to clients
• Consult and practice with other therapists in our multidisciplinary environment
• Assist Department Director with managing and mentoring a team of STs and SLPAs
• Lead onboarding, orientation, and education for new clinical hires
• Manage workflow of team to ensure balanced workloads and productivity targets
• Serve as a mentor for clinical challenges, patient concerns, and interdisciplinary communication, quality treatment and documentation skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

• 5+ years experience in Speech Therapy, Preferred
• 3+ years in pediatrics, Required
• A current and valid Arkansas ST license
• Spanish speaking skills are a plus, but not required.
• Active Arkansas Medicaid Provider number, or willingness to apply immediately
