Magnolia Plumbing is seeking motivated Residential Plumbing Apprentices to join our growing team. This entry level position is designed for individuals who are mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and looking to build a long term career in the plumbing trade. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer focused, and able to quickly learn and apply new skills in a hands on field environment. This role provides extensive on the job training and clear opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of residential plumbing systems.
  • Support licensed plumbers with daily service and repair tasks.
  • Help diagnose basic plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and system failures.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and workmanship on all job sites.
  • Assist with tools, materials, and job site organization.
  • Complete basic job documentation as required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and respectful service.
  • Arrive on time and be willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Mechanically inclined with a strong interest in plumbing or skilled trades.
  • Strong willingness to learn and follow direction.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
