Job Description
Looking for Roofers and General Laborers for re-roof new roof and roof repairs on commercial roofs.

Our projects range in scope from large-scale new construction to complete tear-offs, re-roofing and renovations of existing building exteriors, and on-going roof maintenance, inspection, and repairs of all major commercial roof systems.
Training will be provided. Need to be willing to learn and comfortable with heights.
Purpose: Hands-on, working as a part of a roofing crew in installation of new and existing, BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal roof and steep slope systems.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Labor directly on tear off and constructing re-roof new roof and/or repairs on commercial/industrial roofing projects
- Removing material and constructing-Single Ply's EPDM TPO PVC Built-up and Modified Roof Systems
- Wide range of metal roofing construction; Flashing Wall Panels Fascia Soffit
Skills/Qualifications:
- Hard working and punctual individual
- Enjoys working outside and working with tools
- Ability to do daily paperwork
- Willing to be trained and practice safety regulations for roofing
- Willing to be trained and practice OSHA requirements
- Ability to climb up and down ladders
- May be required to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis
- May be required to travel out of state, as required
- A team player
- A valid driver's license or reliable transportation
