We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Permit Coordinator to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high volume permit applications for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects
- Coordinate inspections with inspectors and failed inspections with homeowners
- Process all permits accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Coordinate power drops and electrical service upgrades by working with utility companies, inspectors, contractors, and homeowners
- Track approvals and inspections through city and county offices
- Maintain accurate records of permits, fees, and inspection results

- Experience in permitting, construction admin, or related role (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with online portals and basic office software
