As an Analyst Account Management, you will provide critical analytical and operational support to account management teams and their clients.
You will transform complex business, financial, and program data into clear insights that support informed client decisions.
The role combines reporting, data analysis, billing support, client operations, and continuous improvement across a diverse client portfolio.
You will develop dashboards, business reviews, and client-ready reports that highlight performance, trends, opportunities, and financial results.
You will also help resolve data, policy, billing, and supplier-related issues while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service.

- Create ad hoc, client-ready reports covering areas such as program volume, costs, revisions, performance, and other business metrics to support internal stakeholders and client needs.
- Compile and analyze data and develop concise, client-ready summaries that help management deliver meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Establish and share best practices for efficient data retrieval and analysis while maintaining accurate documentation for recurring and ad hoc reports.
- Manage ongoing reporting requirements for Account Management and ensure reports are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Develop and maintain quarterly client dashboards showcasing key program metrics, trends, performance indicators, and financial results.
- Prepare and co-deliver quarterly and annual business review presentations, translating complex data into clear executive summaries, actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and compelling client-facing narratives.
- Maintain client data integrity and update systems with missing information, client contacts, organizational divisions, and other relevant account details.
- Provide client policy support, including policy edits, resolution of stuck files, multi-step policy audits, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Assist with customer file setup and help resolve issues that prevent files from progressing successfully.
- Partner with Accounting and client-directed suppliers to resolve supplier payment escalations and conduct supplier invoice audits.
- Respond promptly and thoroughly to billing research requests from internal teams and investigate client invoice inquiries and disputes.
- Work with Accounting and other support functions to resolve billing escalations, provide supporting documentation, and develop client-ready responses.
- Monitor unbilled and aging reports to identify missing information, billing holds, and compliance issues, helping ensure accurate and timely client invoicing.
- Research and process fee adjustments, invoice voids, write-offs, and revenue adjustments, obtaining required approvals and signatures and following through to completion.
- Monitor accounts receivable and support Account Management efforts to encourage timely client payments.
- Provide backup and coverage for other analysts to ensure consistent support across the client portfolio.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, providing consulting, best-practice recommendations, and input into new processes and operating models.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness through automation, including robotic process automation and other innovative solutions.
- Create and distribute best-practice communications, including training materials, videos, newsletters, tutorials, and other educational resources.
- Proactively troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions that keep work on schedule and improve service quality.
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant business experience, particularly in relocation services, go-to-market client services, financial operations, or a comparable environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics, with the ability to manipulate, interpret, and present complex datasets.
- Experience with Cognos or comparable business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies, identify trends, and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy, documentation, and timely execution.
- Ability to create clear, concise, and compelling client-facing reports and presentations from complex information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
