The Enterprise Sales Director, Healthcare will be responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, generating revenue opportunities, and leading complex enterprise sales engagements within the healthcare sector. The role requires ownership of the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to negotiating and closing high-value agreements, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.
- Identify and target enterprise healthcare prospects through market research, networking, outreach, and strategic lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including healthcare executives, decision-makers, and key customer partners.
- Manage end-to-end complex sales cycles, including discovery, solution positioning, negotiations, contract discussions, and closing activities.
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence within the healthcare industry.
- Create tailored sales presentations, proposals, and business cases aligned with customer objectives and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with product, technical, operations, and go-to-market teams to ensure successful customer engagements and implementations.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify new growth opportunities.
- Leverage AI-powered sales tools throughout the sales process to improve research, outreach personalization, forecasting, and deal execution.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and provide strategic insights to support business planning and growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise sales professional with a strong track record of closing complex deals and building relationships with healthcare organizations. They combine strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate long enterprise sales cycles while delivering measurable business results.
- 6–8 years of experience in enterprise customer-facing sales roles, with demonstrated success managing and closing large strategic accounts.
- Proven experience handling complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and significant contract values.
- Experience managing a $1M+ sales quota and successfully closing six- and seven-figure annual contract value deals.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, account strategy, and pipeline development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate market opportunities, customer needs, and business trends.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, relationship building, and generating new enterprise opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in healthcare technology, AI, SaaS, or related enterprise software environments is highly valued.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and emerging industry trends is a plus.
