GENERAL FUNCTION

As the keyholder, your role is elevated by the ability to be responsive to store needs and deliver thoughtful and authentic customer service. MAJOR DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for achieving individual sales goals and clientele goals set by store management.Responsible for opening/closing of store, cash handling procedures, bank deposits, and paperworkDemonstrate a complete knowledge of the merchandises’ features and benefits to maximize the sales opportunityContribute to the overall growth and success of the store while complying with company policies and proceduresHave an understanding of basic Key Performance IndicatorsDevelop customer relationships and nurture repeat businessHave computer skills to operate the POS register and email systemsSafeguard the store’s inventory by adherence to the company’s loss prevention programMaintain a professional, organized and well merchandised salesfloorFollow all store operational policies and procedures

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of sales/keyholder experience for luxury products Ability to provide high performing client experienceTechnologically savvy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit including being sales/goals drivenHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)requiredWilling to work nights, weekends, and holidaysExcellent verbal communication skillsStrong orientation towards providing excellent customer serviceHigh attention to detailDemonstrated selling skillsAbility to maintain a professional appearanceMust be able to lift, carry and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds up/downstairs with or without a ladder.
