JOB SUMMARY:

To assist visitors with entering and exiting the building.

DUTIES (NOT LIMITED TO):

1. Upon start of each shift, get an updated census from the office.
2. Stay in the front lobby area at all times.
3. Watch the front door, and answer the doorbell, welcoming visitors to our facility.
4. Assist them in finding locations as needed. You may not leave the front lobby.
5. Be vigilant in keeping the code confidential. Do not give it to anyone who is not a current employee of the facility.
6. Answer the facility telephone and transfer calls to proper locations.
7. Have some computer skills.
8. Ability to speak, read, and write functional English

Ability to speak and read English, handle a multi-line phone and out-going.

Looking to hire every other weekend 9a-5p and some week day afternoons 430p-8p
