You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of transportation processes, from order management to billing control and financial validation. • Manage customer service requests and issue transportation orders related to logistics operations, including moving and freight services.
• Monitor and control the execution of transportation requests, ensuring deadlines and service quality standards are met.
• Review, validate, and adjust transportation billing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Handle blocked or retained invoices caused by financial, accounting, or tax discrepancies, ensuring proper resolution.
• Track and monitor logistics transport demands, ensuring visibility and operational continuity.
• Support the extraction and analysis of operational and financial data using SAP R/3 queries when necessary.

• High school diploma or technical degree (mandatory).
• Experience in process analysis, customer service, or operational support activities.
• Solid knowledge of logistics and cargo transportation processes.
• Experience with billing control and treatment of blocked invoices.
• Familiarity with financial and tax routines, especially accounts payable processes in SAP R/3.
• Knowledge of data extraction in SAP R/3 using queries is required.
• Desirable experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in structured operational environments.
