You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of transportation processes, from order management to billing control and financial validation. The position plays a key role in maintaining accuracy across logistics flows, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with financial and tax requirements. You will interact closely with clients, transport operations, and internal teams, contributing directly to the reliability of logistics services. - Manage customer service requests and issue transportation orders related to logistics operations, including moving and freight services.
- Monitor and control the execution of transportation requests, ensuring deadlines and service quality standards are met.
- Review, validate, and adjust transportation billing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle blocked or retained invoices caused by financial, accounting, or tax discrepancies, ensuring proper resolution.
- Track and monitor logistics transport demands, ensuring visibility and operational continuity.
- Support the extraction and analysis of operational and financial data using SAP R/3 queries when necessary.
- High school diploma or technical degree (mandatory).
- Experience in process analysis, customer service, or operational support activities.
- Solid knowledge of logistics and cargo transportation processes.
- Experience with billing control and treatment of blocked invoices.
- Familiarity with financial and tax routines, especially accounts payable processes in SAP R/3.
- Knowledge of data extraction in SAP R/3 using queries is required.
- Desirable experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in structured operational environments.
