Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Working under the guidance of the Training Manager and alongside department leadership, you’ll help ensure team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their roles and contribute to the overall performance of the Revenue Cycle.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of training sessions, both in-person and online
  • Helping maintain accurate training records and documentation
  • Supporting the implementation of quality assurance (QA) initiatives
  • Collaborating with trainers and leadership to improve training materials and methods

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

1. A bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

2. 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service setting; prior exposure to Revenue Cycle a plus

3. Basic understanding of training techniques such as mentoring, classroom instruction, or e-learning

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

5. Good organizational and time management abilities
