This is a strategic commercial role focused on driving international B2B software sales within a fast-growing, multicultural environment. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from proactive prospecting to deal closure, renewal, and account expansion. The position involves working with global software vendors and supporting their market expansion across multiple regions. You will engage in consultative selling, building long-term relationships with clients while ensuring structured pipeline management and CRM discipline. The role combines commercial execution, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and partner teams. It is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in dynamic, international, and remote-first environments.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end B2B sales processes with a strong focus on pipeline generation, client acquisition, and account growth:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and commercial tools.
- Qualify leads and build a strong, structured sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information, follow-ups, and deal progress.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals using a consultative sales approach.
- Manage the full sales cycle through to licensing, billing, payment, activation, and renewals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in commercial presentations, online meetings, and strategic sales reviews.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and international partners to support market expansion.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer portfolios.
This role requires a strong commercial mindset with proven experience in B2B sales and international environments, combined with excellent communication and organizational skills:
- Advanced or fluent English (mandatory), written and spoken.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in consultative or solution-based environments.
- Experience in active prospecting and pipeline management.
- Strong CRM usage skills and ability to manage structured sales processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in remote, fast-paced, and multicultural environments.
- Availability for full-time engagement.
- Experience in software sales, licensing, or recurring revenue models is a plus.
- Spanish language skills and international sales experience are considered strong differentiators.
