Job Description

Description:
  • Assist Project Managers with planning, execution, and administrative duties.
  • Organize meetings, manage calendars, book resources, and coordinate workflows.
  • Act as a liaison, provide status updates, and generate reports for managers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project expenses and manage financial queries, as directed.
  • Set up file folders for new projects and file project paperwork accordingly
  • Create bid binders and complete follow up phone calls.
  • Actively promote health and safety in the workplace.
  • Report all unsafe conditions and unsafe acts as they become aware.
  • Perform other related duties as advised by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school.
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Able to work independently and with a team
