University Physicians’ Association (UPA) is seeking a dynamic, experienced Client Success Supervisor to join our high-performing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. What You’ll Do
As a key member of our leadership team, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of billing professionals to achieve high performance and engagement
- Oversee daily operations, including workflow management, staffing, and time-off approvals
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and productivity across all revenue cycle functions
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices to optimize outcomes
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to achieve departmental goals
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to support employee growth
- Serve as an escalation point for complex billing issues and client concerns
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and positive team culture
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for operational and client success improvements

What You Bring
We’re looking for a knowledgeable and strategic RCM professional who offers:
- Strong experience in medical billing, coding, and full-cycle revenue operations
- Deep understanding of payer regulations, compliance standards, and RCM best practices
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency with billing systems and technology
- Ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and drive results
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPC, CPB, or similar)
- College coursework or degree
Work Environment
- Office-based position with standard computer and administrative responsibilities
