NAVAIR - Program/Project/Management Analyst, Senior (Secret Clearance Required) at American Technology Solutions International Corp. – Patuxent River, Maryland

ATSI support services are growing. We are currently seeking a dedicated professional with a proven track record of success to join our team. This full-time position supports a NAVAIR PMA.

The Program/Project/Management Analyst, Senior will provide senior-level program management and analytical support, with a focus on configuration management and coordination activities. The selected candidate will support high-visibility program efforts, ensuring compliance with Department of Defense and Department of the Navy policies and lifecycle management processes.

The Program/Project/Management Analyst, Senior will work closely with Government leadership, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and program stakeholders to support planning, execution, and oversight of configuration management and program activities.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, detail-oriented, and capable of leading and managing complex efforts in a fast-paced acquisition environment.

Required Education:
Master’s degree (MA/MS) from an accredited college or university.

Required Experience:
Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description, with at least five (5) years of experience successfully managing Electronic Warfare (EW) technology development programs.

Desired Experience:
At least ten (10) years of experience supporting the NAVAIR configuration change management process.

Functional Description:

Manage the coordination of Material Review Boards, Joint Configuration Control Boards, pre-audit planning meetings with team members and outside stakeholders. Capture and track action items to close out for Material Review Boards, Joint Configuration Control Boards, pre-audit planning meetings, incremental PCAs, and system level PCA. Maintain all configuration management records. Review Request for Variances (RFVs) for accuracy and completeness. If corrections are required, coordinate with the contractor prior to scheduled JCCB. Brief Production IPTL on status of action items, and issues.

Position Location: Government office located in Patuxent River, MD (Work Schedule: Monday through Friday)
