Shipping & Packaging Operator – 2nd Shift | St. Louis, MO

The Gund Company is hiring a Shipping & Packaging Specialist to join our team! If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and want to grow with a company that values teamwork and employee development, this is the role for you.

Shift: 2nd (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
Pay: Starting at $20/hour + 15% shift premium

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and package products for shipment according to customer specifications
• Review work orders, packing slips, and shipment details for accuracy
• Build boxes, crates, or skids using hand tools and equipment
• Operate forklift (if certified) and assist with loading/unloading trucks
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety standards
• Participate in cross-training to learn additional processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in shipping, packaging, or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read work orders and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
