• Follow all assignment guidelines and reporting protocols set by NextGenFeedback.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree not required)

• Basic experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not mandatory

• Strong attention to detail and ability to notice small details during evaluations

• Good written communication skills to complete reports clearly and accurately

• Basic computer skills for submitting reports online

• Dependable and punctual; ability to meet deadlines for assignments

• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to guidelines provided for each assignment

• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone to submit reports

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
