The Tampa Bay Rays are looking for an experienced craftsman that is well rounded in several areas of trade: Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting and general repairs. ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of maintenance related work.Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets/fixtures etc.Perform small painting projects, handrails, walkways and wallsKnowledge of paint and materialsAbility to repair/replace bolts in stadium seats, doors and door hinges Construct and frame out small walls/partitionsQualifications and Skills4-7 years of maintenance experienceAbility to handle plumbing tools, carpentry saws and equipmentBe able to trouble shoot problems with solutionsGood communication and interpersonal skillsFriendly with a great deal of patienceGood physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spacesHigh standard of integrity and professionalismMust be prepared to work flexible hours/weekends/overtimeAble to work in a collaborative/teamwork environmentKnowledge of how to use aerial lifts/ forklifts/not afraid of heights a plus
