Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their Annual Maintenance on their HVAC systems.

Maintenance includes cleaning, inspections, and other tasks that help HVAC systems run efficiently and help in preventing problems.

Job Includes:

  • Disassembling the Condenser and removing any leaves or debris that may have fallen inside
  • Cleaning the outside Condenser Coils with a Self-Rinsing Solution.
  • Check and verify refrigerant charges
  • Test and tighten electrical connections
  • Condensation Drain Line Cleaning
  • Verifying system airflow and blower settings
  • Evaluating Ductwork
  • Evaluating Static Pressures
  • Spraying Self-Rinsing Solution on the Air Handler coils
  • Performing a Duct Sanitation
  • Upselling of Maintenance Plans to help keep customers covered year to year.
  • Possible other upsells such as dryer vent cleanings and Rotary Duct Cleaning.
