Job Title
Bindery Lead – Second Shift
Lead second shift bindery operations while supporting production goals, workflow efficiency, quality standards, and employee development.
What You’ll Do- Lead and support bindery team members during shift operations.
- Coordinate workflow and prioritize production schedules.
- Train and coach employees on equipment and procedures.
- Monitor production quality and productivity standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment and operational concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Communicate production updates and concerns to management.
- Assist with staffing coverage and operational planning.
- Previous bindery experience required.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
- Reliable attendance and professionalism required.
- Experience leading production teams in print manufacturing.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Cross-training experience across bindery operations.
- Strong problem-solving and coaching skills.
Compensation: Based on experience Schedule: Monday – Friday | Second Shift | Overtime and weekends as needed
