Position Summary:

As the Data Insights Coordinator, you will serve as the bridge between our data team and internal stakeholders, translating business questions into data solutions. You will oversee the development and delivery of actionable insights derived from our core data sources (Salesforce, Snowflake, and third-party logistics data providers), ensuring that data-driven decision making is embedded throughout our organization. While technical expertise in our platforms is not required, you will develop a thorough understanding of our data team’s processes and capabilities to effectively communicate reporting possibilities to stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Partner with department heads to understand their data needs and develop reporting solutions that address business challengesManage the request pipeline for data insights, prioritizing projects based on business impact and resource availabilityMaintain comprehensive knowledge of our reporting library, available output formats, and the data team’s capabilitiesLead cross-functional data literacy initiatives to enhance the organization’s ability to interpret and leverage insightsCreate and deliver compelling data narratives through PowerPoint presentations and tailored Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)Communicate realistic timelines for report generation and data projects to stakeholders based on data team capacityPresent complex data findings in clear, accessible formats curated for different audiences’ needsIdentify opportunities for automated reporting and dashboard development to improve efficiencyEnsure data quality and consistency across all reporting outputs by establishing clear requirementsStay current with both company and industry data trends to identify potential reporting opportunitiesCompetencies:Relationship-building skillsAnalytical thinkingProfessionalismData VisualizationDetailed, Accurate and EfficientVerbal & Written CommunicationDependability and InitiativeCoachability

Education/Experience:
