This role is focused on handling inbound internet leads and follow-up conversations. If you're motivated, coachable, and enjoy helping people while working in a structured sales environment, this is a great entry point into the insurance industry.

What You'll Do

• Respond quickly to internet-generated insurance leads
• Follow up consistently via phone, text, and email
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for insurance quotes
• Help guide customers through Auto, Home, Renters, and Life insurance options
• Maintain accurate notes and activity in CRM systems
• Build relationships with warm leads already interested in coverage

• Strong communicator (especially via text and phone)
• Comfortable using computers, CRMs, and online systems
• Naturally persistent and organized with follow-up
• Someone who enjoys sales
• Eager to learn and grow into a licensed insurance professional
• Must be willing to obtain (or already hold) a Property & Casualty license
