The Role
The Office Support Specialist provides broad administrative support and helps maintain the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of Tribe’s business. This role works closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including Property Managers, contractors, vendors, community residents, and members of the public. The successful candidate brings strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills and contributes to a professional, responsive, and service-focused office environment.

The Responsibilities
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages across departments
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and postage
  • Operate mailroom equipment and manage domestic and international shipping requirements
  • Coordinate courier pickups and track deliveries
  • Maintain mailroom and related office supply inventory
  • Scan and process invoices; support document preparation for large mailings (e.g., AGM/SGM packages)
  • Provide general administrative support, including reception relief and document processing
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of all materials
  • Follow company procedures and support continuous improvement of office processes
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned
What You Bring
  • Post-secondary education in Office Administration or a related field
  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative, reception, or service-based role
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to lift and move boxes or packages up to 25 lbs
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in property management is an asset, but not required
  • Experience with Condo Manager, Yardi, or Zoho is an asset
  • And last but not least a great sense of humor and a smile

This is a full-time, in-office position and requires attendance at our Delta office five days per week.
