This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Delivery Lead based in Brazil.
This role sits at the center of complex digital delivery programs supporting large-scale software initiatives in the financial services and social impact space. You will lead cross-functional Agile teams, ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery across multiple concurrent projects. The position requires strong ownership of end-to-end execution, from discovery through release and ongoing optimization. You will act as the key bridge between clients and delivery teams, aligning expectations, priorities, and outcomes. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly autonomous, with a strong emphasis on accountability and continuous improvement. You will also play a critical role in managing risks, enabling team performance, and ensuring business value is consistently delivered.
You will be responsible for leading delivery execution across Agile teams, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met while maintaining strong client alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication across stakeholders
- Define and maintain project scope, milestones, acceptance criteria, and delivery roadmaps
- Manage risks, dependencies, and issues proactively to ensure predictable delivery outcomes
- Facilitate ceremonies such as stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and actionable development tasks
- Ensure continuous alignment between clients, product teams, and engineering teams
- Drive accountability across teams and ensure visibility of progress and blockers
Requirements:
You should bring solid experience in project or delivery management within software or SaaS environments, with strong Agile expertise and a proactive, structured, and client-focused mindset.
- 3+ years of experience in project management or delivery leadership roles
- Strong experience working with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Background in managing B2B software, custom applications, or digital products
- Ability to write clear user stories and define acceptance criteria
- Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
- Analytical thinking and ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects
- High ownership mindset with ability to work independently
