This role supports the coordination and delivery of multilingual services within a global clinical research environment, ensuring that critical study documentation is accurately translated, localized, and delivered on time. You will contribute to the successful execution of clinical trials by managing language service workflows and supporting cross-functional project activities. The position involves close collaboration with project managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality linguistic outputs that meet regulatory and scientific standards. You will play a key role in tracking project milestones, maintaining documentation accuracy, and ensuring smooth communication across global teams. This is a detail-oriented and fast-paced environment where precision, organization, and stakeholder management are essential. The role offers exposure to life sciences projects and the opportunity to contribute directly to the development of innovative medical treatments.
- Support project managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring language service activities across clinical trial projects.
- Manage translation and localization workflows, ensuring timely delivery of clinical study documentation and related materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support site communications, document translation, and multilingual project requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of study-related documentation, including protocols, reports, and regulatory materials.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with study objectives and deadlines.
- Support quality control processes by reviewing linguistic outputs and ensuring consistency across translated materials.
- Contribute to cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution of language service components within clinical trials.
- 3+ years of experience in project management within translation, localization, or language services environments.
- Experience working on Life Sciences-related content (pharmaceutical, medical device, clinical research, or biotech) is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CAT tools, translation management systems, and project tracking platforms.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and document formats such as PDF and XML.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and structured working approach.
- Ability to work effectively in remote, global, and cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English (CV must be submitted in English).
