Position Summary
The Oncology Clinical Manager provides leadership and oversight for a designated patient care area within the Center for Cancer Care. Reporting to the Director, this role is responsible for the daily clinical, operational, and personnel management of the department. The Clinical Manager partners with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered oncology care while supporting staff engagement, professional development, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

- 3–5 years of Oncology clinical experience.
- BSN required
- OCN preferred or within one year
- Current RN license in New Hampshire or another Compact State.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to patient safety, staff engagement, and continuous improvement.
