Maintenance Supervisor in Lexington, Kentucky at NTS Capital

• Lead, mentor, and support the onsite service team to deliver exceptional results

• Oversee daily maintenance operations, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns

• Ensure service requests are completed efficiently, professionally, and to NTS standards

• Manage vendor relationships, maintenance supplies, inventory, and expenses

• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, amenities, and grounds

• Maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment

• Partner with the property management team to support resident satisfaction and community performance

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and applicable regulations

• Previous multifamily maintenance experience, including experience in a supervisory or leadership role

• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building maintenance

• EPA certification required; additional technical certifications preferred

• Excellent organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining high standards

• Strong communication skills and a resident-focused mindset

• Experience with property management or maintenance software preferred; Yardi experience is a plus

• A hands-on leader who takes initiative, holds themselves accountable, and inspires the same in others
