Norton Healthcare is seeking experienced Respiratory Care Practitioners to join our System Float Pool through Norton Clinical Agency. This unique opportunity offers flexibility, competitive compensation, and the ability to gain diverse experience across multiple facilities.

As a System Float Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will support staffing needs across our network of hospitals, delivering high-quality instrument processing and ensuring patient safety in a variety of clinical settings.

Qualifications

Required:

• One year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Associate Degree
• One of: CRT or RRT - RRT must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• Respiratory Therapist (KY) and (IN)

Desired:

• One year in respiratory in a critical care setting
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (National) OR Registered Respiratory Therapist (National)
