Job Description
Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience in software products or IT services. Ability to grasp business problems that software can resolve and knowledge of cloud based applications would be a bonus. Good communication skills, analytical abilities, influencing and relationship-building skills to provide first class customer interactions. This role will require anticipating how decisions are made, persistently exploring and uncovering the business needs and understanding how our service/product offerings can assist customers in their business.
Responsibilities:
• Lead generation and prospecting within assigned market.
• Develop new accounts by understanding target market, customer’s business, and common business problems.
• Engage in requirements gathering discussions with potential customers through multiple methods of communication (e.g., phone, email, presentations).
• Effectively communicate value proposition as it relates to our services and products.
• Monitor and mediate all necessary communications with prospective customers within agreed sales cycle.
• Initiate networking and industry presence within assigned market.
• Help the department and organization reach their goals by continuing to contribute new ideas for market reach and potential services.
Knowledge/Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two years of sales/customer experience with proven ability to hit quota.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Driven by results.
• Ability to build relationships over the phone.
• Independent, self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity. Thrives in a team environment.
• Has exposure to the Information Technology industry.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as non-verbal communication.
• Excellent, interpersonal, leadership, presentation, problem solving, and analytical skills.

• Forecast accuracy in CRM.
