Part-Time Event Manager | North Midwest Area Help Create Unforgettable Candlelight Concert Experiences

We're looking for energetic, reliable, and professional Event Managers to help deliver exceptional events across the Chicagoland area. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys live events, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow with an expanding company.

What You'll Do

As an Event Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing our concerts to life by:

• Leading or assisting event setup and venue transformation
• Creating the signature candlelit atmosphere that makes our events unforgettable
• Managing guest check-in and seating operations
• Coordinating with musicians, venue staff, and fellow team members
• Overseeing event flow from setup through breakdown
• Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience
• Troubleshooting issues with confidence, professionalism, and a positive attitude

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lead independently and make decisions under pressure
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Availability on Fridays and Saturdays
• Access to a vehicle or reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel throughout the Chicagoland area (up to approximately 2.5 hours when needed)
• Previous event, hospitality, customer service, or management experience is a plus, but not required
