We're hiring a Corporate Functional Manager, Maintenance to provide enterprise-wide leadership for maintenance operations across our manufacturing facilities.

This high-impact role is responsible for developing maintenance strategy, reliability programs, and leadership capability across the organization. You'll partner with Plant Managers and functional leaders to improve equipment performance, standardize best practices, and drive transformational change across multiple locations.

This role is responsible for our plants in Spring Grove, IL, Franklin Park, IL, and Clinton, WI. The Corporate Manager may work out of any of our three locations.

What You'll Own

  • Enterprise-wide maintenance strategy, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Reliability and performance of critical production, mobile, facility, and infrastructure assets
  • Preventive and predictive maintenance programs, performance metrics, and capital investment planning
  • Development of maintenance leadership, technical talent, and a culture of safety and accountability

What You'll Do

  • Lead and influence maintenance organizations across multiple facilities through servant leadership
  • Implement standardized maintenance and reliability best practices to improve uptime and operational performance
  • Develop maintenance leaders through coaching, training, succession planning, and talent development
  • Establish KPIs, support capital projects, and partner with Operations and Engineering on reliability improvements
  • Ensure maintenance activities support a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing, preferably heavy industrial environments
  • Experience in metals manufacturing, forging, steel, machining, heat treat, foundry, or similar operations strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success leading operational improvement, reliability initiatives, and organizational change
  • Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability practices, and industrial equipment maintenance
  • Ability to influence teams and drive results across multiple locations
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
