Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social based in Canada.

This is a strategic and hands-on growth marketing role focused on scaling paid social and driving measurable customer and revenue growth.
You’ll manage and optimize campaigns across major platforms while identifying new channels and opportunities for expansion.
The role combines performance marketing expertise with creative experimentation, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled growth strategies.
You’ll own the paid social testing roadmap and work closely with Creative, Brand, Analytics, Martech, and other cross-functional teams.
You’ll also help shape an emerging B2B strategy across social channels, expanding the impact of the program beyond its core consumer audience.
The environment is fast-paced and highly data-driven, with significant ownership over budgets, experimentation, measurement, and results.
This opportunity is well suited to a growth marketer who enjoys building new programs, challenging established playbooks, and finding the next scalable growth lever.

Accountabilities
  • Manage and scale consumer Paid Social campaigns across platforms including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit, with a focus on incremental customer growth and revenue.

  • Identify opportunities to expand into new social platforms, audiences, tactics, and channels that can unlock additional growth.

  • Lead the development and execution of the emerging B2B/Pro paid social strategy.

  • Own in-house campaign management, including budget pacing, bid optimization, audience segmentation, creative iteration, and platform best practices.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Paid Social testing roadmaps across audiences, creative concepts, platforms, and campaign strategies.

  • Establish a continuous test-and-learn culture by translating performance insights into new experiments and scalable initiatives.

  • Own tracking, campaign QA, reporting, and measurement, working with internal and third-party tools to ensure reliable performance data.

  • Partner with Analytics and Martech teams on attribution, incrementality, experimentation, and measurement frameworks.

  • Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to develop performance-oriented creative that captures attention while supporting broader brand objectives.

  • Leverage AI, automation, and emerging marketing technologies to improve campaign efficiency, uncover growth opportunities, and scale successful approaches.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience managing, scaling, and evolving paid social programs, ideally across significant monthly media investment.

  • Deep hands-on expertise with at least two major social advertising platforms, such as Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, or Reddit.

  • Demonstrated success identifying and launching new channels, audiences, tactics, or growth opportunities.

  • Proven ability to use creative, marketing technology, automation, and AI tools to improve performance and unlock new growth.

  • Strong analytical capabilities, including advanced comfort with Excel or Google Sheets and tools such as pivot tables and lookups.

  • Practical experience with incrementality testing, media mix modeling, A/B testing, lift testing, attribution, or comparable measurement frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of paid social campaign structures, audience segmentation, bidding, creative testing, tracking, and optimization.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with experience working across multiple teams and disciplines.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong bias toward experimentation, action, and measurable results.

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
