Maintenance Technician in Ypsilanti, Michigan at Tarantino Properties Inc

Seeking a Maintenance Technician for Sycamore Meadows Apartments.

Responsibilities:

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Paint and pick up grounds
• Painting
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

• At least 2 plus of onsite experience
• Possess valid Identification
• Full Time Position

Requirements: 2-3 years minimum experience in property maintenance with ability to install appliances, minor electrical to include garbage disposal installation, ceiling fans, minor hvac repairs, plumbing, make ready. Must have own tools and be willing to work overtime/on-call as needed. Good organizational skills and time management a must.
