JOB TITLE: Sr. Engineer
Career Sub stream: Infra Operation
Role: Engineer – Infra Ops
Role Variant: IT Operations Support
Role Purpose (1–3 lines): Ensures the stability, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure and services. This role involves monitoring systems, resolving incidents, and supporting operational processes to maintain business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor IT systems, servers, and network performance to ensure uptime and availability.
· Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalations within defined SLAs.
· Perform routine maintenance, patching, and updates for servers, applications, and network devices.
· Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues and implement solutions.
· Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and incident resolutions.
· Assist in automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
· Support onboarding of new services into IT operations run environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Degree: Graduate / Professional Degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Information Technology.
Years of experience: Graduate - 5 to 7 years
