We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to lead our multidisciplinary Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team.

As a key member of our leadership team, the ACT Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner oversees the clinical care of program recipients and helps manage the day-to-day operations of a mobile, community-based OMH-licensed program. Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
  • Ability to travel independently to meet clients in the community.
  • Possession of a valid NYS driver’s license with a clean driving record.
