We are incredibly excited to work with you!
Our goal is to formalize the invaluable work you are already doing, ensuring you receive the financial compensation, professional backing, and resources you deserve. Below, we want to make sure you know exactly what this role entails, what responsibilities you will be documenting, and the formal steps are required to officially bring you onboard.
While you are already doing much of this work, as an official member of our team, your daily routine will focus on:
Core Responsibilities
- Daily Living Support: Assisting your family member with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and safe mobility (ADLs) according to their personal preferences.
- Health Advocacy: Monitoring your loved one's wellness and actively reporting any changes in their condition, behavior, or health needs to our agency support team.
- Nutritional Care: Preparing customized meals based on their dietary needs and providing feeding assistance when necessary.
- A Safe Home Environment: Managing light housekeeping tasks (like laundry, tidying, and meal cleanup) to maintain a safe, hazard-free living space.
- Transportation: Providing safe transit for your family member to medical appointments and essential errands.
- Safe Handling: Performing secure transfers and repositioning to ensure your loved one's physical comfort and safety.
- Clear Documentation: Maintaining routine, accurate daily records of your care activities and observations through our system (a vital requirement for program compliance).
Why Join Our Care Team?
- Competitive, Reliable Pay: Market compensation for the vital care you are already providing.
- Financial Flexibility: Weekly payroll and access to your pay the same day (for a small fee) as your shift or the next day (free).
- Seamless Balance: A schedule built entirely around your family's existing life and routines.
- Caregiver Support: Ongoing training, professional guidance, and resources designed to help you succeed and avoid caregiver burnout.
We are so grateful for the dedication you show your family member every day, and we can't wait to officially welcome you to our care team.

- Physical Capability: The physical ability to safely assist your loved one with manual transfers, positioning, and mobility support.
- Compliance & Privacy: A commitment to protecting your family member's health privacy and maintaining their ultimate dignity.
- Required Credentials: A current CPR & First Aid certification and a TB test result (these must be obtained or renewed before your official care start date).
- Background & Eligibility Checks: Successful completion of our standard background screening and program eligibility verifications.
