  • POSITION SUMMARY
    • The Quality Coordinator acts as a leader for the area assigned and is responsible for accurately and compliantly filing claims, working denials and following up on outstanding accounts. This includes working various reports and queues, printing medical records, working insurance balances and credit balances, working correspondence from insurance carriers, staff members and other departments. The Quality Coordinator is also responsible for verifying, balancing and applying all incoming money from Insurance companies, individuals, and departments within the Nursing Home.
  • POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
    • Minimum Education
      • High School Diploma or equivalent required

    • Minimum Experience
      • 5 Years

    • Required Registration/License/Certification

      • Associates Degree or Higher
