  • Conduct and oversee risk assessments, HAZOPs, incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action programs
  • Partner with operations and engineering teams to mitigate operational and process safety risks
  • Oversee contractor safety management, field audits, inspections, and safety training initiatives
  • Support emergency response planning and crisis management preparedness
  • Develop HSE metrics, reporting, and executive-level dashboards
  • Support environmental compliance efforts related to air and water permitting in partnership with operations and external specialists
  • Manage relationships with regulatory agencies, consultants, and outside resources as needed
  • Support transportation and logistics safety initiatives; DOT experience is preferred

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field preferred
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation required
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HSE leadership experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, renewable energy, chemical, or related environments
  • Demonstrated experience building and implementing multi-site safety programs
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, worker safety programs, and industrial safety management systems
  • Process Safety Management (PSM) experience required
  • Experience leading HAZOPs, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action programs
  • Familiarity with environmental compliance, including air and water permitting considerations
  • DOT and transportation safety experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Work Environment:

  • Position may be based in Pennsylvania or Texas
  • Approximately 50% travel to operational sites, construction projects, and company locations across the U.S.
  • Combination of office, field, industrial, and construction environments
