About The Role
The Executive Sales Manager – Jacksonville, FL is a key revenue-driving leader within our US Sales organization, responsible for growing capital equipment sales in the medical aesthetics industry across the greater Jacksonville market and surrounding territory. In this salaried, full-time role, you will own the regional sales strategy for high-value aesthetic devices, build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and medical practices, and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and post-sale support. Partnering closely with marketing, clinical, and service teams, you will position our solutions as best-in-class, educate customers on clinical and financial value, and consistently deliver on ambitious growth targets while representing our brand with professionalism and integrity.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to drive capital equipment sales within the Jacksonville, FL region and surrounding markets.
- Own the full sales cycle for medical aesthetic capital equipment, including prospecting, lead qualification, product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Identify and target key decision-makers within medical practices, including physicians, practice owners, and administrators, to build and expand long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct high-impact in-person and virtual sales presentations, demonstrating deep product and industry knowledge tailored to customer needs and practice goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, clinical education, and service teams to support product launches, educational events, workshops, and in-practice demonstrations.
- Analyze territory performance, pipeline, and market trends to accurately forecast revenue and adjust sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities while expanding revenue with existing customers through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Provide consultative sales support by understanding customer clinical objectives, patient demographics, and financial drivers to position our capital equipment as the preferred solution.
- Represent the company at regional and national trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build brand presence and generate qualified leads.
- Ensure timely and accurate use of CRM tools for account management, opportunity tracking, and reporting on key sales metrics.
- Monitor competitive activity within the aesthetics capital equipment space and provide feedback to leadership to refine positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and customer onboarding, supporting long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and company policies while maintaining the highest ethical standards in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in capital equipment sales, preferably within the medical or aesthetics industry.
- Several years of B2B field sales experience selling high-value capital equipment or technology solutions to physician practices, hospitals, or medical facilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets in a competitive, quota-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of the medical aesthetics market, including physician practice dynamics, patient demand drivers, and ROI-based selling.
- Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills, with experience structuring complex deals and long sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
- Strong business acumen, including the ability to discuss financial models, ROI, and practice growth strategies with customers.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales productivity tools to manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and report on sales activity.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role with frequent customer-facing activity.
- Ability to travel regularly within the Jacksonville, FL territory and occasionally to regional or national meetings, trainings, and events.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field; equivalent experience in capital equipment sales will be considered.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
