  • Create tradeshow and event collateral, including booth graphics, banners, signage, displays, promotional materials, and print pieces.

  • Develop creative concepts and independently carry projects through design, revisions, and preparation for print or digital publication.

  • Support marketing and business development initiatives across Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO), Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA), and Distribution.

  • Develop customer newsletters, email campaigns, product and capability spotlights, press releases, and promotional communications.

  • Manage company social media content, including planning, graphic creation, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring engagement.

  • Maintain website marketing content and coordinate blog posts, basic SEO updates, company certificates, PMA parts information, and MRO capability updates with IT and external partners.

  • Coordinate marketing support for conferences and events, including registration, booth materials, promotional merchandise, business cards, apparel, and advertising placements.

  • Prepare event-specific email campaigns and social media content, and ensure attending employees receive marketing materials before each event.

  • Manage marketing merchandise inventory, maintain customer welcome materials, and coordinate annual customer gifting initiatives.

  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, IT, and other partners to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely production of marketing materials.

  • Support internal branding, employee communications, company events, and project-based marketing initiatives for Regional One as needed.

  • Maintain an organized marketing calendar, asset library, parts photography inventory, project tracking system, and marketing budget records.

Required Qualifications
  • Approximately three years of experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or an associate degree in a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is required. Candidates must demonstrate meaningful experience independently creating, editing, and preparing professional marketing graphics and materials.

  • Strong graphic design and creative ability, with an eye for composition, typography, color, brand consistency, and professional presentation.

  • Hands-on experience designing tradeshow, conference, or event materials such as booth graphics, banners, signage, displays, and promotional collateral.

  • Ability to take a general concept or marketing objective and develop a polished finished piece using independent creative judgment, with minimal direction and revisions.

  • Experience creating social media graphics and content, email marketing materials, website content, or other digital marketing assets.

  • Strong proficiency with Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity with email marketing and content publishing platforms such as Mailchimp, WordPress, or comparable tools.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical information into clear, accurate marketing content.

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and collaborate with multiple departments.

  • A portfolio is required, demonstrating graphic design and marketing work, including print, digital, social media, and tradeshow or event materials.
