This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Temporary Bilingual Call Center Universal Agent based in Canada.

This temporary remote opportunity is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people and creating positive experiences through every interaction. As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide support across phone, email, and chat channels while resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally. You will play an important role in strengthening customer relationships through exceptional service, problem-solving, and product guidance. The role offers the opportunity to develop valuable communication and customer service skills within a collaborative environment. You will work with modern support tools, receive training, and contribute to a team focused on delivering seamless customer experiences. Accountabilities:

As a Temporary Bilingual Call Center Universal Agent, you will support customers throughout their journey by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and efficiency. You will balance customer service, sales support, and administrative responsibilities while maintaining accurate records and following established procedures.

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat while providing accurate, timely, and professional assistance.
  • Identify customer needs, resolve concerns, and escalate complex issues when necessary to ensure complete resolution.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while identifying opportunities to support sales through product recommendations and education.
  • Use internal technology systems and tools to manage customer interactions and complete daily responsibilities effectively.
  • Participate in training sessions and team development activities to stay up to date with products, processes, and best practices.
  • Manage customer follow-ups according to contact center guidelines and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
  • Document customer interactions, requests, concerns, and solutions accurately while protecting confidential customer information.
  • Support different customer service areas as needed based on business priorities, call volume, and operational requirements.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a bilingual customer service professional who can communicate effectively, work independently, and deliver positive experiences in a fast-paced remote environment. You are organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple types of customer interactions.

  • Must be located in Canada.
  • Fluency in both Canadian French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, follow schedules, and complete daily responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and support multiple service channels.
  • Previous experience in call centers, retail, or e-commerce environments is considered an asset.
  • Comfort using technology tools and customer management systems is preferred.
