About the role

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Associate Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator to support our CEO and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career who is excited to gain exposure across a growing digital health company and work closely with senior leadership.

In this role, you’ll help manage scheduling, communications, meeting coordination, and special projects while serving as a trusted operational partner to the CEO and leadership team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and energized by working in a dynamic environment where no two days look the same.

What you'll do

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the CEO in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Help prioritize incoming requests, communications, and scheduling needs to support the CEO’s time and focus.
  • Draft emails, meeting agendas, notes, and other internal or external communications as needed.
  • Coordinate follow-ups and action items across leadership meetings and cross-functional projects.
  • Support preparation for Board meetings and executive presentations by helping gather materials and organize timelines.
  • Serve as a collaborative point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, helping ensure clear communication and smooth coordination.
  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives across the organization.
  • Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

About You:

  • 2–5 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, operations, or executive support role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Interest in healthcare, digital health, or mission-driven work is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with senior leaders while collaborating across teams.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Compensation:

The base salary budgeted for this position is in the $80,000-100,000 range per year. This position will also include a yearly target discretionary bonus as well as equity, health benefits, unlimited PTO, a monthly flex day, a 401K plan with a match and more. The final offer determined for the candidate who is hired into this position will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant skills, professional experience, labor market conditions, etc.
