Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced product management professional with 3-5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking abilities and demonstrate expertise in leading product initiatives from conception through delivery. This role requires a proactive individual capable of collaborating across teams, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and driving product success in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals and market needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Define clear and actionable product requirements, managing the product backlog and prioritizing features based on customer value and business impact.
  • Lead customer discovery efforts to gather insights and validate product concepts, ensuring solutions meet user needs effectively.
  • Manage the full feature lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, facilitating informed decision-making and alignment.
Knowledge
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate market trends and customer insights into actionable product plans.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, fostering teamwork and driving consensus among diverse groups.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, capable of influencing and leading through clear, persuasive messaging.
  • Sound decision-making abilities, balancing data-driven insights with business priorities to make timely product choices.
  • Leadership and influence skills to motivate teams and drive product initiatives forward effectively.
  • Expertise in product strategy, roadmapping, requirements definition, backlog prioritization, customer discovery, and feature lifecycle management methodologies.
